My dad doesn’t get drunk in front of me often, but very occasionally he’ll get a little tipsy from a night in by the fire, sipping on his whiskey. He is the best drunk. He starts poorly singing, and he goes on and on about how much he loves his family, and how lucky he is. Love you, papa!

As someone who’s unfortunately been taken to the hospital for drinking, I thank you guys. Gnarliest thing I’ve ever felt. I closed my eyes in the club and I opened them in the ER, or at least that’s what it felt like lol. I barely drink anymore nowadays.

Whenever my dad gets drunk at parties he is like this big huggable bear that sings karaoke and smiles a lot. One time he got drunk and he kept telling me and my siblings 'I love you guys so much' with slurred words and I loved every second of it 😂❤️

My dad's friend from the navy deserves his own category. They and their other navy buddies all went to a beer festival together, and the next day my dad woke up in a bush (as you do in this situation, ) one friend woke up on the boat because he stayed sober enough to make it back, one woke up in a trashcan (which was unfortunate, ) and this one absolute madlad woke up in a tree. How he climbed a tree drunk, no one knew, but that's how they found him...

It’s amazing how nice Uber drivers are when you let them know to pull over so you can hurl. Happened to me once and it went way better than I expected. Not being belligerent helps as well.
