This was less about hotdogs and more about alternative ways to make things you'd usually get in a box or premade. I had no idea you could make mac and cheese like that. Also the chili meat. I'll be using that recipe in the future for sure.

For me as a French/german Guy who live in a german part of france. Only the first one is a real Hot dog. Here it’s call « knack ». And we have also « saucisse de Strasbourg » and « viennoise ».

It’s a american recipe but all ingredients are from german world (germany, Alsace lorraine, switherland, austria…)
