Drawing a Comic Book Panel - Futuristic Scene

In this video, I show you my process for drawing a comic book panel. First I rough out the concept using a one-point perspective. Then I refine the scene and add in the details. This is basically the rough pencils and this entire drawing took me 1 and a half hours to draw. If you like the work and want to see the inks next be sure to comment.

I would also like to know what other types of comic scenes you want to see drawn next. Your ideas are always appreciated!! :)

I love how you go over the details, really helped me to understand some of the processes. I draw for a while, but I just created interest in drawing comic books. Your videos have been really helpful.

Great vid, it's tempting me back to tablet work from traditional media. Personally I struggle with panel composition and story pacing, it would be nice to see your take on this.

Really awesome info 👌. Can you show how you might go about doing a underwater scene? How do you use or find the right reference for backgrounds?

Could you give us an analysis of the differences between Hergé's ligne claire style, American comic style and japanese style?

How do you create this out of your mind? I just started sketching again and have been studying anatomy solely for now, but I feel like creating a scene like this is completely out of my reality, and if I were to attempt it I would need boatloads of reference.
