Please don't test your axe out on living trees

u picked the wrong piece of wood to saw/then u picked the wrong piece of 2 by 4 to chop./why the hell dont u just go out to the forest an show what the axe can do. BTW when u 1st drove axe into stump to show how deep it bites...that looks like an old /semi rotten stump. get ur act together....

Not cool cutting into a live tree like that. No respect for nature.

I always thought these were kind of gimmicky, and probably would not work.. but after watching the review, I may pick one up, looks like a very handy tool.

First thing to say.
The saw is very good & appears very durable. However,
I have seen this product reviewed on another channel & it developed a serious crack after a few uses.
I think the amount of wear on the hammer is excessive to the amount of work it did.
If pounding a few stakes a few stakes was all that was done.
The stake puller/hanging ring in this review wasn't really a strong test.
It works fine in soft ground.
How does it perform in hard ground?
Where harder blow from the hammer would be needed & pulling stakes would put more stress on the ring.
The noise factor could remedied by wrapping the blades with some fire tender or just cloth. The axe is extremely sharp out of the package. But, how well does it hold the sharpness. I am just guessing.
But the hammer does not appear that durable for hard continuous use. Which leads me to think the axe may have the same quality issue.
It doesn't seem like a reliable tool if you are in deep woods country.
The risk with all multipurpose products is one or more of the features breaking. In this case I think the saw would likely be the most reliable tool, especially because the blades can be replaced with fresh new blades when needed & it really is very durable & well crafted.

Yeah dude everybody brings a fucking full-sized mallet with them because the back of a hatchet won't perform the same tasks. smh

Clearly biased by sponsorship.

It is too heavy for limited job it does. Both axe and saw have too much limitation for that design. I cannot believe zippo which usually makes great product end up designing this thing.

Personally I'm not impressed by the tool but as you said the ax-head is a cutter, the hammer poll should have been metal like a fiskars axes, it's essentially a dead blow mallet but it is not impressive, IMHO

Nice video, what kind of tape did you use for the handle?

I can't believe he chopped into that live tree. These people are the worst. What an idiot. Its a good thing for him he doesn't show his face.I'm glad I found out about the Zippo 4 in1 . I don't know what I'd do without that 'stake puller', or 'hammer end' of the axe if I was in a survival situation. Cut us a break Zippo.

I wouldn't own it but I do like the review of it.
The reasons I don't like it?
Price
The back of a regular hatchet can double as a hammer or wrecker or wood splitter.
A cheap Sierra saw can cut quckly without any depth limit.
A sharp blade is useless for splitting but a medium weight hatchet can pound a lightweight splitting wedge through any block.
As a former logger this just seems like a ridiculously high priced kiddy toy.
Thank you for the review.

Are replacement saw blades available in most hardware stores?
