ADHD is definitely over diagnosed. Teachers are given the ability to diagnose which is insane. Drugs are over prescribed by physicians under the pressures of parents and schools. We stopped teaching our kids and started chemically controlling them. My experience to say this? Group in the 60’s-70’s and looking back I was an adhd poster child but made it without drugs. How? Outside activities like sports, running through the woods, recess at school. Had 3 boys and all the same. Same treatment. Two were prescribed medication which we allowed them to have input. Dropped the medications and helped them manage it through exercise and schedules. Just my experience.

I have been diagnosed with ADHD but they won't just haven't given me any medication for it in the whole talking thing isn't working and I wish they would switch my medication around because I'm basically paralyzed on my couch and I really do think during the lying symptom the underlying thing to all of my diagnosis is actually ADHD I think my anxiety panic and would dissipate and then that would help my depression dissipate and it also help me pay attention and stuff because all I can do is sit and watch TV all day and then all besides that I just have ball patterns going constantly and I don't even know what I'm thinking about half the time I mean sometimes I do but it's so fast that it's that it's literally driven me insane and I've been on Klonopin for 20 years and I think that's just right at my damn brain I don't think it's helping me at all and I just wish they would help me but I'm too much of a people pleaser to push the issue and I can barely tell him anything anyway it's just I don't know insane I think mental health are just needs to be a new approach to diagnosis because you can't just you know throw diagnosis is that people and throw medication at them you need to look at their damn brain and find out what might else be going on or you know at least look at the brain before you start throwing medication at it it's almost like trying to do surgery blind.

It does not exist all all. Eat healthy, that will do the job.
