When I had a gardening business one of my clients was describing how much joy he got out of taking his new young wife to all these fancy restaurants. He really got a kick out of showing her wonderful new things, it was really sweet. I remember they spent New Years in a different city each year. One day I will treat my granddaughter to some special places :)
The food I make at home, fresh from the garden and ocean, is better than you can get anywhere. My recent triumph was a pork loin done in Sauternes, maybe a waste of expensive wine but oh my it was good, with Gravenstein apples. Fresh beets and smashed potatoes with grass fed Gouda. Creme brulee for after. :)

Not surprise to find many top restaurants in Spain 🇪🇸 and Peru 🇵🇪 one of the best food I’ve ever try . Spanish and Peruvian cruising are the best 😋👏

I wish I could remember the name of the restaurant, but one of the best meals I've had was in Mendoza, Argentina when we were down to do mountain climbing in 2006. It was about a 20 ounce steak that was coiled up on its side like a cylinder and covered in a thick mustard sauce. A full meal plus a bottle of a great Mendoza Malbec only cost about the equivalent of about $8 US dollars!! DELICIOUS!! Mendoza has some of the best beef and wine in the world!!!

So, probably the best dish that I have ever had was a crab, avocado mousse and caviar parfait at Epcot's 2021 Food and Wine festival.

The best food that I have ever had, in my life, is on Walt Disney World property, with my favorite all around restaurant being Victoria and Albert's.

I would venture to say that the folks giving out these awards are missing a great deal of extremely innovative cuisine, here in Disney World.

The Three Bridges Bar and Grill is culinary heaven. Practically every restaurant is totally unique in it's own right. It's absolutely world class, here.

Eating "around the world", at one of the Epcot festivals is absolutely foodie heaven, and an experience not to be missed. They, too, pair their food and alcohol perfectly.

If you go to Houston go to Maize, is a new up and coming modern mexican restaunt that features also chicatanas . The insect menu is a small section that honors the prehispanic influences of mexico as well as their amazing curated mexican wine list. The food is not only unique but delicous as well.i love their pork confit flautas with raw green salsa and their barbacoa with nixtamalized corn tortillas.

Anyway besides my Indian dishes, I have eaten the Chicken souvlaki with lettuce, mayonnaise, tomatoes,
all stuffed in butter bread.in Melbourne
Varied Pizzas with the lot from the best Italia restaurant in Melbourne.
Seafood in the oyster she'll with teriyaki sauce from the Japanese restaurant.
Mexican dish...can't remember the name..It's like large buttered corn chips with best cream.
