I was on a liquid diet for a day before a gastro exam, and I withheld miso from myself beforehand. Then I had something to look forward to having that day. Probably wouldn’t be great if I was having a surgery bc of the little solid bits, but my endoscopy and colonoscopy results were normal. The doc said I have gastritis and sent biopsies of my stomach to the lab
