I got my first period in front of my class I was unable to tell him.... Though I was crying badly... Idk at that time what periods are.... Since I was crying.... He understood... Then he told me nothing to worry it is absolutely normal.... Don't He also pampared me... Then I stopped crying.. I was 14 at that time😅

When my older sister had her period for the first time at age of 10 she also thought she was going to die so she didn’t told mom so that she don’t feel sad but mom saw stain on her uniform and told her what it is
