When I first met my boyfriend… cuddling would give me so much dopamine and happiness I wouldn’t be able to sleep, thinking “wow I’m so happy! Wow this feels so amazing! Ahhhh so happy!” until the sun came up. I would sometimes go multiple days without sleeping. It wrecked so many of my routines, responsibilities, and commitments :D

Luckily after several months together, my sleep schedule resumed bit by bit. And I still love cuddling years later(:
