For everyone browsing the comments, here's a trick to help fall asleep while listening to this:
Breath in for 4 seconds
Hold breath for 6 seconds
Exhale deeply for 4 seconds
Repeat until you fall asleep

Works like a charm for me :)

I don't even know how to start this comment. I am so so so so grateful for this video. From the bottom of my insomniac heart, thank you. this is the first quality night of sleep I've had in I can't even remember how long... The amount of relief I've gotten in just one night is insane.
My insomnia is very much anxiety derided, I've always have had this "on edge" feeling when trying to fall asleep. Any little noise or disturbance is the bane of my existence come night time. I've tried white noise machines, sleeping masks, meditation, melatonin, all kinds of breathing and sleep exercises, you name it I've tried it, but this is the first time I've actually heard of subliminals and now I'm sold. I slept like a rock. My brain calmed down for the first time in YEARS. I could honestly marry you lmfao.

Thanks thomas. I absolutely love your subliminal messages rain. This is the best thing I've found in a long time. Due to multiple sclerosis, psoriatic arthritis and medication I suffer from periods where I cant sleep. This then makes me start overthinking or mind starts whirling about life stuff. Then i struggle with energy through the day.This sends me to sleep within 20mins and it's a very deep sleep aswell. I'm amazed about how you do it but these videos have changed my life. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAN YOU DO ANOTHER ONE FOR INSOMNIA AND MORE ENERGY ONES TO THE SOUND OF THE WAVES OR A WATERFALL.

That was so very cool. I slept longer than I usually do and woke up smiling and joyful due to a dream. I remembered two dreams I had during the night and in my last one as so awesome. I meet my favourite sister and she took me back into my childhood fantasy place, back to Narnia (I loved the CS Lewis books as a child) and there met my friend Moonface and we made some food and I went with him to a gathering where we went and shared dinner with a few of his friends. I don't think I've ever had a dream about my childhood fantasy place before.
