I am about 2 hours and 20 minutes into this video. I use it to study and block out 2 extremely loud little boys of my room mate. I do my studying at the kitchen table that overlooks the living room (where the tv is constantly on) and the kitchen (where somebody is always satisfying their hunger). The ear buds I use are really not that great and are no where near being considered "noise blocking." As a matter of fact, I keep the volume level low just because I don't want to be completely separated from my environment. So, I can still hear what is going on around me. the rhythmic sounds within this video provide the perfect amount of noise. The fact it is a seamless 10 hours also allows for less distraction. Thank you to the creator(s).
