I still remember getting kicked out of class because I laughed. I was sent to the office. They asked why I was there. “For laughing.” The lady started laughing at how stupid it was. We were both laughing together.

Teachers: We should actually TRY to find the kid who did it...

Nah lets just get all of them in trouble and ruin most of their days for something that they didn't do! 😀😀😀😀

In middleschool I was almost suspended for refusing to take off my hood while I was outside. I have bad genetics that make my eyes sensitive to light, and at the time my family was really poor, so I couldn't get sunglasses. I was wearing my hood to make it easier to see, and one of the security guys I had never seen before came up to me yelling at me to take it off. I explained my condition and that we were outside where there are no rules against it. He ignored that saying I could just get sunglasses. I stated that my family was poor and I couldn't get any, and also restarted that there was no rule against wearing it outside. He continued to argue with me, before calling the principle. The principle came over and was telling me to just take it off, but at this point I was making a statement. I told the him the same things, and showed him the dress code, proving it's not against the rules, but he also continued to argue threatening to suspend me. After about 20 minutes (lunch had already ended and I was late to class by this point) they finally gave up and let me go with a week of detention. I didn't show up to it, and they never came after me for some reason

I know someone who got in trouble for “ finger guns.” The funny thing about this was that she was pointing and agreeing with another girl. She was getting absolutely drilled for making “ guns.” She didn’t say anything back because she was in fear of getting sent to the office. I told the mother about this and she was so furious about this that she called the principal. The principal said that no guns of any type are allowed. The response from the mother was “ if there no guns of any kind, then no can do pistol’s firing. (That is our college thing, I’m from Oklahoma) Then the principal said that “Well it’s different because they’re pointing in the air. “Well, I thought there were no guns of any type!” The problem was solved by a 30 something year old veteran screaming at a principal. The principal talked to the teachers who yelled at the kid, but they were not punished. Dumb story, hope you like it

Teacher accidentally gave me detention because I was next to the person it was meant for on the register.

The teacher was actually super sorry, she turned out to be a really nice person.

When I was around 5-6 years old, this boy in my class slapped my friend’s hand so I tapped his face as a bit of a joke. I ended up getting detention and he didnt

A kid in my primary school looked exactly like me, so the teachers kept mistaking me for him. Problem with that is that the kid was always getting into mischief and i was often getting busted for his shenanigans. Same school: my brother was the smartest person in his grade year after year, but the school refused to put him in the smart kids class, and ended up actually holding him back a grade.
When i left that school, my kid self fantasized about buying the school property and using a bulldozer to flatten it.

The first one was easily fixable, someone complained, just get the teacher to ask whoever complained to identify the Aaron who threw the rocks, or just lie to the kids saying thatif they didn't come forward, they will bring the person who complained and ask them to identify
The second one was just unforgivable, some adults are just complete assholes.

Something similar happened to me today. Basically all the boys at our school got punished cause some boys about 3 of them weren't singing. They wanted to stay for 3 extra hours on a Friday just singing out loud. Obviously I didn't go. To make matters worse it wasn't even a teacher, it was a senior student on their last year. No way I was doing that stupid punishment 😂

Something similar happened at my school recently some freshman boys decided to vandalize the bathrooms with poop and so the staffs original solution was to shut down all the bathrooms except for two but then the vandalism didn’t stop it just spread and so then they brought every boy that was there that day into an assembly and gave us a firm talk and then a couple weeks of detention and of course even after all this the vandalism still continues
