You are a baller. I’m looking at getting a G82 with carbon ceramic brakes, but one that is RWD only. Enjoy your car good sir. I’m loving my F82 for the time-being.

Ceramics work with heat as we all know so when they’re cold they chatter which can be rather annoying! 🙄
You can’t really drive down the road LFB all the time to keep heat in them, I changed mine out on my M4CS & M4 comp cab & pult steels discs on, then you get the bite in the rain & no chatter when cold.👌…. Very easy swap to do.
My M3 tourer has ceramics, personally think the rear calliper’s look absolutely shit on the G platform as they now use an E-brake, bring back the the handbrake & let’s have some great looking calliper’s again!!

I have a G80 with standard brakes. After about 10km the wheels look like i never cleaned them at all.

I am about to take delivery of my 2023 M3 with a very similar spec for the same reason. By the way, If you keep using a paper towel on your wheels the finish wont last long. Its like wiping with wood.

This is definitely way to go. Only problem is you can't get them in red. Pain in the ass - bmw needs to make low dust pads for steel brakes

Wow that's amazing. So, I'm debating on adding the CCB on my order (which hasn't been filled yet). I'm wondering though, I keep hearing about noise or squealing. Have you had any experience with these noises?

Those things cost a fortune to replace once they wear out. Around 15k for all 4 corners. Really cool nonetheless.
