Potatoes, Potatoes, I couldn't live without potatoes and I don't have to! Calorie density is the key to successful weight loss or healthy living. I walk 4 miles a day in one hour and only burn a little over 200 calories. People don't burn as many calories as they think. Thanks for another friendly and informative video

Thank you for these tips and I know that you have gone over these before but they certainly bear repeating and repeating. I love the fact that you remind us about the various doctors and what they believe. I might add that it has help me tremendously watching some of the food documentaries as well as reading good books--believe it or not they keeps me in line and I am so less likely to stray away from this healthy way. Again, thank you!

Yeah... The salt... Lemme tell yah about salt... Since I adopted this starch diet, and eating primarily at home (because when you eat out, nearly everything has salt, sugar and oils), whenever I eat out at Chipotle (eating only the beans and corn salsa), or eating at a Mexican food restaurant (eating mainly rice and beans - the vegan kind), the salt now tastes so repulsive to me that it's hard to even eat it. It's literally like sucking on a salt stick. And to think I used to eat that stuff all the time and enjoy it. And I wondered why I had blood pressure issues and had to be on BP meds, and was dehydrated all the time.

Thankyou dillan for such a quick reply i put frozen broccoli in a colander and defrost with hot water its really good, so it would work with soybeans, microwave if needed, great video

I find McDougall the easiest to follow. Had trouble in past. Just need to plan ahead a little (to buy veg and prep) but no measuring or calorie counting which is where I failed in the past.
