Regardless of your opinion of Libs of TikTok, or even whether or not you think the ban was justified, Libs of TikTok deserve to know at the very least what they were banned for. Because if they were to look through the entire AUP themselves and find nothing that they potentially violated, they’re within their right to fight back.

I think that the "suspension" without a reason should be illegal. If they can't find it in their fine print they move the mark to fit their agenda...you should be able file a lawsuit if they can't provide a bullet point from their terms of use and agreement bc it is personal discrimination and a violation of your Freedom of Speech.
