Sigma males have blinders on; they don't see that everything is connected. He is a covert narcissist. The Alpha sees a Sigma as a traitor—a person who doesn't have roots, always ready to go when time gets rough, a jumper, opportunistic. A person you can't count on is willing to join the enemy if the enemy has something better to offer. Place a Sigma as a leader, and you will get troubles; he is there for the short run and can't handle stress very well, like an Alpha. His weak point is that he can't zoom out; he is totally absorbed in himself; he isn't a pack thinker; he is an egoist; he thinks that all his wisdom is gathered by himself; and he forgets the people that have taught him. The sigma spit on the normal working class, beta guys, that keeps the community rolling with the Alpha. But when the Sigma is broke or wounded, he searches for a pack to get fed like a leech. Once he is well fed, he will spit on the pack and leave, taking all the information from the pack with him to start his own company. He doesn't care if he destroys the pack that cared for him. In times of war, Sigma males get hanged. In animal kingdoms, the sigma gets instantly killed.
