Tried this 3 months ago and didn't finish, now it is comfortable 🙂 been doing a combo of your 4-7-8, box breathing, and CO² tolerance and aerobic swims. Really relaxing has improved my swimming too🙌

I did it!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 I’m doing the 30 second video very easily now. Tried this one and crept up to the 4th, 7th and today made it all the way.
Your encouragement throughout the videos keeps me pushing and keeps me focused on you talking and not the contractions starting .

I practice in the pool a month ago, i could hold my breath 3m30- I practice it by myself with DNF (one breath for 25m). This is my first time doing this. I could done this easily

I started with 30 sec and it was easy. This one was a challenge. I'm so glad I did it. Success! I'm going to repeat this one again before moving on to next level. Feeling great.

Made it all the way through! Noticed by breath 8 I was having minor contractions while exhaling the single breath.

I'm fairly new to this. Only completed to 5. I felt very sweaty and thought I was going to get sick. I'll try it again later. Thanks!

I just mede it... this time was a bit hard for me ..cutraction and sweating came at 6th breath but i managed to make it was really fun thanks

I did the 10x30 first relatively easy. After a short break, i did this. It was a challenge, but it worked first try. Now, let's try 10x60. I'm pretty sure, I wont succeed there first try :-)

Made it! All the way through - not going through to lie though; at breath 8, it started getting quite difficult. But I kept on.
This is the 2nd breath exercise I’ve ever done. the 1st being your previous 30 second video. I am not going to the 1 minute version today lol.
