I’m so impressed with your preparation and delivery of comprehensive, evidenced base information presented in an understandable way. Terrific analogies and graphics. I’ve added back dairy in the form of plain nonfat Greek yogurt. I know or think the research on dairy doesn’t differentiate type of dairy— yogurt is still dairy 🙁. Have you run across anything different? Or on over-exercising effects on Ox stress. Thank you so much 🙌

That's why I am a SUPER RESEARCHER AND TAKE WELL THOUGHT OUT RISKS! I am the least likely person to have a HEMORRAGHIC STROKE! Never smoked; rarely drink alcohol, when I do, 1 (occasionally 2) glasses of red wine. Basically, a vegetarian AND EXTREMELY ACTIVE! NEVER particularly overweight. STRESS IS/WAS THE CULPRIT!

My my wow that was extremely helpful information and yes ma'am I would love to see a video on antioxidants both pros and cons. You did have me a bit worried though, when discussing things to eliminate, I thought you were going to say coffee. Alcohol and nicotine are a non issue with me I had to give them up when they put me in the nursing home/ rehabilitation center. I spent about 7 months there, that was an experience I'll never soon forget. Any way thanks a million for this video, have yourself a great rest of your week

Very interesting stuff
I have a hemifacial spasm & depression that really started in 2010 I’ve had tons of tests no one can tell me why and I get Botox injections for my spasm that with or without the shots it contorts the left side of my face
I’m always interested in learning about this stuff because sadly I had to do all the research to even diagnosis myself
I do many holistic things to help control the spasms too
Like acupuncture and supplements
My biggest fear is getting a stroke or this turning into MS OR it may already be
