Beyond burger is really good and the bacon would go well with it, maybe if you used the bacon fat after frying the bacon to fry the burger it would get a nice taste throughout

My wife refuses to eat beef, but will dabble in eating pork. This is something she would do, and I wouldn’t even think about it as being weird. So, nah lady, you chill in my book.

I love doing that for burgers. Meat burgers have so much meat flavour that it cancels out the flavor from bacon. But beyond burgers taste «meaty» but they dont wash out the bacon flavour. I recommend this to anyone who also thinks bacon in burgers doesnt taste anything
