I'm a truck driver in New England and I just saw that fog the other night I've seen it actually a couple of times in the past month and I also remember seeing it last year at least once. It doesn't make any sense that there is fog because each time I've seen it the temperature was well below freezing. I have heard that you can have ice fog but I've been driving truck six nights a week for years and never heard of such a thing until now. It also seems to leave a film on my windshield that is very hard to wash off I usually have to scrub it off
