Beethoven - Für Elise | Original Version for Piano

Für Elise by Beethoven, one of the most famous and beloved piano pieces all over the world, performed by myself - Georgii Cherkin.

I have performed this piece as an encore piece after performing Beethoven - Piano Concerto N. 5 "Emperor" which is also available on my channel:

The original title of the piece is actually Bagatelle No. 25 in A minor, WoO 59

It was not published during his lifetime, only being discovered 40 years after his death, and may be termed either a Bagatelle or an Albumblatt. The identity of "Elise" is unknown, researchers have suggested Therese Malfatti, Elisabeth Röckel, or Elise Barensfeld.
