It’s hard to have confidence that California and San Francisco’s legal system will make an example out of them. They already got away with once when they were put into a diversionary program. I still have hope that we will learn to prevent crime there must be an enforcement component that comes down hard on small crimes. If you allow them to get away with the little things, they will escalate until they find the crime tolerance limit. Maybe shutting down the golden gate twice was it.
