also when i had a spider living in my bathroom for 2 months (i named it kai), i saw wayyyy less insects in my bathroom. the attic is very close to my bathroom so more bugs (not a lot, but more than none) tend to randomly end up in my sink or on the ground. but kai was a game changer. i HATE bugs because im scared of most of them. kai made my love for spiders even stronger for keeping my bathroom safe and comfortable for me while i let kai have a place to stay. eventually kai disappeared and knowing the average lifespan of spiders, kai probably passed away. rest in peace kai!!
