I’d imagine we’d be as large as the dinosaurs somewhat since the oxygen effected bone density. Maybe even evolved to the climates, imagine that.

It's super fun to think of these scenarios, especially coupled with the fact that humans would most likely be the apex predator for a while. Most living animals need to stop and rest to regain stamina, we as humans do not. We can simply slow down and catch our breath before continuing the hunt. We may be slower but we can outlast them. ^_^
