I got the G6 a month ago and I love it more every day, It's my first LG phone, this LG G7 looks awesome with improvements everywhere over the G6, I would like to get this phone but I have a great new phone already

I absolutely love the LG G7. I thought the LG G4 was their best ever mobile devise until the release of the G7. The G7 turned me back to an LG guy again. Good, solid phone with some great features. True, there is nothing revolutionary about many smartphones being released now, the G7 included. Totally worth giving this phone a detailed, hands-on look over.

Double on the screen to unlock with reaching for the power button in the back was a very convenient feature. Still don't understand why LG decided to shelf the buttons in the back since the G4.. Would love to see that making a come back.

LG actually fixed a few of the things I complained about on the V30 but the smaller battery concerns me. I'll have to see how the review units fair for longevity. And portrait mode built in now is great. Still retains the awesome DAC I'm enjoying on my V20. I'll see if this is worth an upgrade.

This phone is actually pretty innovative compared to their last models. Quite an improvement. But I don’t think people will actually be convinced to purchase this over google or samsung smartphones.

Things that I consider most in this:
1. Superbright Display
2. DTS 3D sound.
3. Performance on SD 845 chipset.
4. Camera Software...
hope so battery life would be decent.

surpised! but in a good way. this is way better than i expected. LG impressed me this time with a phone full of features that are (mostly) practical, and making the screen taller for the notch is an acceptable choice although i would 9/10 times just hide it. i only wish we had something like a 3200ma battery and perhaps a combo of a slightly more zoomed main camera and a slightly narrower wide angle for better zoom and better bokeh mode cuz too wide lenses dont do that well

I love my g6 power button placement, i have double tap to unlock it if its in table.

I like it. Lg is so underrated. It may and will not ever over take Samsung but they have always try to reinvent themselves.

One quick question to all smartphone users here at AA "do you use virtual assistant tools on your smartphone (e.g. Google assistant, Bixby, Alexa, etc.)?" 'cause I have been using smartphone for over a decade now and I still have not found the need for these assistants.

It is very good device and notch is also used brilliantly. Only question is what is place for V30 as this one has almost everything.

It looked like the LG G7 had an IR Blaster on the top of the phone. Can you verify that it can be used as a remote control? Does it have the LG Quick Remote app?
