LG G7 wins this generation for me because

1) Sound is amazing "hi fi quad DAC"

2) Headphone jack ftw!

3) I hate curved glass displays!

You see that software trick to hide the notch? THAT is what I thought how the notch would be and THAT is an elegant workaround to that. Which, again, works!

I'm watching this video on it right in 2022, and it's still an awesome phone for being 4 years old.
And still runs perfectly

It's good to see some manufacturers sticking to the headphone jack and really making it work well. I appreciate it a lot with my wired headphones and my V20.

I genuinely feel bad for LG. Comments section filled with cynicism and doubt...Maybe they’d be better off rebranding/rebooting their smartphone division.

Any LG G5 users? Still rocking it! Love it still amazing years later. So many people ask me about it because of dual cam and universal tv, air conditioning, and project IR remote.
