I am 50, quit smoking a year ago and have recently been diagnosed with mild COPD. Eating healthy, exercising daily. Today I feel great but I guess we'll see how it goes from here. 🙏

Thank you. My doctor prescribed a daily inhaler to prevent exacerbation and I did not know why that was important until I saw your video.

Long term low testosterone also cause bronchitis doctors wont accept bcoz that is not in books 😅
