2022 BMW i4 eDrive40 // Take This EV over the Tesla Model 3?

The New BMW i4 is every bit a BMW regardless if it doesn't use any gas. With great driving dynamics and a top notch interior, the BMW i4 should be on the top of everyone's list if looking for a an electric car.

I drive BMWi4 e drive, amazing EV. Feels more like BMW that is electric compare to traditional EV's. I happen to be lucky to purchase someone's cancellation. Yes, the wait time is 6-9 months approx. However, you would not be disappointed with this car.

The M sport pro package does not longer include adaptive suspension and price has changed for 2023.
Adaptive suspension became a stand alone option now at 1, 500$

OK, so my 2021 Tesla Model 3 SR+ cost me $36k brand new after $5000 NJ EV Rebate. This is $55, 500 less $7500 tax credit (right?) less $4000 NJ EV rebate (supposedly they are doing again) so about $44, 000. That's pretty decent really assuming dealers aren't marking up over MSRP.

In US, the $7500 rebate is no longer available if the car was not built in US (as of Aug 2022). I might consider it but availability is scant, and I have concerns about BMWs reputation for planned obsolesce.

Unfortunately all you prices are for 2022, that is no longer a 71, 000$ car.

Base price has been bumped for the 2023 model so starting price went from 54, 990$ to 61, 390$.

Car does not apply for federal rebate anymore under the current rules.

Also in BC you do not get any rebates at all. Still qualifies for the 7, 000$ rebate in Quebec though.

And ACC is no longer available for the eDrive40 even as an additional package.

You won't have an issue with Tesla's handling. '22 Model 3 Performance 0-60 3.1 seconds. Real world range is ~274 miles.

Just test drive one yesterday. The technology on this one is Far behind Tesla.... Traditional Keyfob... and very expensive 65k....M50 is 82k after all options

Hi Brain in all your videos you only have blue shirts why don't you change your shirt on your videos people don't like having the same shirt of the 5 videos that you have been making it have a different color for everyday that you are doing a review on a car but for example if your video is about the Toyota tundra make the shit green or if you are doing a blue Honda Civic then you can have a blue shirt on but if the video is about a grey Toyota RAV4 then have a grey shirt on that day
