There is a labor shortage right now. Thousands upon thousands of jobs waiting to be filled...

If all these protesters put the same amount of time and effort into finding employment that they do protesting they would be working now....there are plenty of jobs out there.

You’re a ‘tenant’ if you pay rent.
If you don’t, you’re a ‘dependent.’

They don’t know about rent forgiveness but they know about eviction moratorium? Maybe they want to live for free forever.

very selfish of these people to protest in the middle of the night for a reason that can be fixed by working a job.

Yes, you are going to loose your homes. The banks will be owning the property when the property owners can’t pay the mortgages. These people already have free rent for over a year. The state is offering to help with rent. Go apply and get help. If the renters didn’t receive any money, go protest at the State office instead of asking for more extension from paying rents. The property owners are not given the same opportunity to get any mortgage abatements.

I have a great idea for these people that have been living rent free for almost 2 yrs oh and getting EDD benefits by the way along with stimulus payments. How about all you guys asking for more of an extension, get on your computers or apple phones and start looking for something called a Job. Yes it's brilliant. A job gives you steady income to pay for example something called Yes it's life changing. You guys should try it for once in your life.

every one has bills including properties owner's. pay rent or move no one owes you a penny . you owe back rent . non paying renters are making it worse for all renters because properties owner's are not going to rent out anymore and if they do they are going to want higher rent and more deposit. instead of standing on street's with signs go get a job . sign should say cancel freeloaders . 😀

The ones that don't "apply" are not U. S. Citizens or are "hiding" something and don't want to release information on the application for renters assistance.

Those tenants have time to protest but don't have time to get a job. Notice how that say they will lose their homes but they don't mention they don't own their homes
