Barbour Digby Jacket Reviewed!

My quick 1st day review of this awesome jacket. Two things to add

1. The audio is slightly crappy on this video. I don't know if the upload did something because the audio is fine on the original recording on my PC but accept my apologies.

2. The jacket does indeed have armpit vent holes towards the back. I mistakenly said it doesn't have vent holes
in the video.

I have this Jacket and I love it because it is VERY stylish and best of all it is slim fitting...not like the "old man" boxy, baggy style.  I have always loved the Barbour style jackets but never liked the baggy fit as I am slim.  The Digby is warm, a bit heavier than it looks, and matches with just about anything you will wear with it.  Even though it is made in Bulgaria, I find that the fit and finish is indistinguishable from the one's made in England....I just wish it was cheaper than the one's made in England...still, it is a cool and modern take on the traditional Barbours and a jacket that I will wear for many winters to come.

I have a Bedale, but like this one too. Nice review. A question for all wax jacket users, how do you take care of lints annoyingly all over the jacket and kinda ruins its look?

Thanks for this insight on the Digby. Good that you sometimes do close-ups. Otherwise the color of the jacket is not fully recognizable. Really like what you are doing. Watched the video before purchasing online. Thanks again and keep rockin!

Great review Olaf. How do you think the Digby compares to the Ashby (with liner). I'm on the fence about the two but was leaning towards the Ashby so I can wear it for more seasons plus or minus the liner.

Olaf can you tell me what the inside of you bedale sleeves are made of. Are they polyester or does the tartan lining continue into the sleeves?
