Wow its pretty big, colleague grabbed an $90.00 chinese special off Ebay 6 months ago, low profile includes key pad, solid metal construction, easy install and works with automation systems. He said apparently its working well.

I'm really intrigued, with the nfc feature could a guests phone be set as a card? I think that would be the thing that would make me get the keypad.

I just got mine and the B bracket came with 3M tape on the back with no option to screw it on to the existing lock with screws… this doesnt seem normal?

to get it to sync to home assistant via bluetooth do you have to have your raspberry pi within range of the lock im guessing?

I'm super keen to go smart locks, but my main doors are metal with very narrow and integrated manual locks. Anyone done anything with the (very expensive) Yale ones ?
