This Memorial Day, let's honor and remember those who sacrificed everything for the preservation of our democracy.

LP Executive Director LTC(R) Fred Wellman, a retired Army officer and veteran of four combat tours in Iraq and Desert Storm, offers his reflections on the holiday.
