Many people who play chess as beginners, intermediate, or advanced level will get stuck at the game and not know how to improve. I took 4 examples of viewers and showed them how to improve openings, tactics, strategy, and general mental game to improve.

Some of my takeaways:
1. Two games a day max
2. Do your puzzles (15/15 if possible, 60 percent is good, set aside an hour).
3. Don't do TOO many puzzles. Don't do too much.
4. Stick to one opening
5. Sometimes you need a break. Don't always be playing. Everyone gets tilted and that's okay, just gotta take a break.
