Weighted avg can be made more robust by dividing by the sum of the weights (weights do not necessarily sum to 1). Of course, somebody is going to use negative weights and the total will sum to zero, messing it all up.

If one person scoring more than 100 in project 1 then final value getting increased more. So we should fix max weight 20%. If he is scoring more than 100 also weight should not 20% how to do this in excel.
