It's better to use an ilvl 86 quiver to get t1 dmg with bow skills. The chance to get chaos dot multi is 2 in 9 - so it's not very high. If you really need the chaos or fire dot multi, you should get an ilvl 86 hunter influenced quiver then roll with with harvest chaos rerolls until you hit chaos dot multi + dot multi with an open suffix and do the same thing that you did prior to using the hunter's orb. At the end you can simply get 12% attack speed on the bench.

final craft is around 22-24% chance for chaos dot. 2, 5~ div per try = 12div~ (4 try), Sometimes 3/10(20-35d+) but sometimes 0/10 (-20-25d)

Annulment orbs respect metamods, so you can safely annul and exalt with just "Cannot roll Attack mods"

You should add that it takes about 500 alts to get the first step, and the second step is highly unlikely, until you get a 1/3 chance at the end...
