I went in blind and couldnt beat it constantly getting one shot without understanding why. After watching this video I beat it quite easily with the exact same character, only dying once in process. Thanks a bunch :)

This boss is horrible.. like actually horrible.. yes I beat him, and now I'm here to learn why this dumbass is one shotting me.. Any boss that tickles you through the whole fight but one shots you because of some stupid mechanic you'll only know if you google is terrible design full stop

the drowning- you say to run toward them, but i get locked in place and can't move. also, they come from all directions, so no matter which one i would go toward, i'm going away from others.

Edit: i found by being against the wall the orbs were not able to come at my back, i was always facing them and it was an easy kill.
