I relaxed my hair at a salon for the first time in over ten years and they didn't comb through my 4c knots before the application but after applying the cream they did. I remember hearing and feeling my hair tear as they combed through it. Since the cream softened my hair bonds it was so fragile. I lost so much hair, so I'm never getting my hair creamed at a salon again. Thanks for the video

Guess I made the mistake of not thoroughly washing out out perm before using neutralizing shampoo, after 10 washes, it was still pink, ran to the forums which said to use mixture of apple cider vinegar and distilled warm water, apply to hair for 2 min. Didn't have time so just applied the vinegar directly to hair, which helped. Shampoo started coming white. Thank God.

Morning, you could have added oil and conditioner to make enough that's what I do causing the texturizer to strong by itself on my hair.
