I had trouble with mine. I called customer service. The message was that it was still in the shipping process, even though it had been delivered. The tech told me to check back in 24-48 hours to check the status. Status needs to say that it’s been delivered. Once that happens, it should be ready to activate.

face of it and light at the bottom is just gone. The power cord light indicator is green. But theres no wifi or internet and hasnt been for days. Been waiting for a replacement for a few days there an internal battery for this or what? Its a holiday do i figured it would be here this week.

I just got mine and it looks nothing like yours, its about 1/3 the size of yours and is a tower shape. I am getting 300mb down and 50mb up. Very nice.

this internet is crap they told me my tower is 1 mile away and has a bad signal 50mpd download and the upload just give me 0 so i couldn't finish set up for bad signal

this thing looks like a sister of AIA in the AFRAID movie can it monitor us? Bet that is a no. How much more RF will this beam into us? Bet no big deal . Anyway my new cell will not do QR codes even tho that app say it will work on my A15 5G Samsung. I give up.
