A more appropriate name would be the Boeing Flatliner.

The SpaceX Crew Dragon will be in the Smithsonian by the time Boeing gets this thing off the ground.

HI, Senator? This is Boeing again.
Look, we had a small problem, easily fixed, we just need another $5B to build a weather control station in the FL keys to deal with that humidity.
No no! It definitely will come in on budget and on time, we cross our hearts on that.
Yes, of course we will spread the contracts around to your constituents states, after all you scratch our backs and all that!
What, yes, I think we can do that, what is the name of your PAC again?
And about Starliner... could we add just a little more to that one as well, all this troubleshooting is expensive...
Fine! Thank you for your time Senator! I'll get the invitations and travel arrangements out to you and your wife right away, I hope she enjoys the condo. Hawaii is lovely this time of year.
Until next time!

Decades of development billions of tax payers money but still nothing to show. This is pure and utter incompetence and mismanagement, heads will role in any other company. Just threaten to cancel their contracts unless they embark on serious restructuring and sack all the lazy incompetent layers of management.

Unbelievable what has happened to Boeing’s engineering and space hardware development!

Wonder if any more astronauts scheduled to fly on this thing might suddenly choose to "retire".

We've seen this before, just put a bandaid on it. Just like the 737 Max, it's a company philosophy problem. Engineers are too intimidated to step up and report a problem or admit they made one, and when one is found they just throw money at it and look around for who to blame.

NASA should cancel and ask for all their money back. Give someone else a chance.
Cannot risk astronauts' lives on this heap of junk.

If I was an astronaut assigned to fly on this junk, I would quit right this second.

I don't get it, reached the moon in the 70s with basic technology, but can't do it with advanced technology. Is this a joke?
No wonder nobody believes that USA went to the moon.
