3:01. I loved this point. My boyfriend called me out a couple of months ago about receiving. It’s in my nature and personhood to want to just give, give, give, but I forget that it hurts the other person when you don’t receive. He said “Why don’t you ever let anyone just take care of YOU?” And I thought “Man- I e never thought that this is something that could hurt him (my not being good at receiving).” I’ve since kept this in mind and it’s made a major difference. I’ll sit back more and let him do things for me because he really wants to. When I deny his giving it hurts him. I was so happy he said something. I wouldn’t have known otherwise.

Excellent points. I have never heard of that word "reciprocity." Love what you both said!
