Three Cafe Style Coffees At Home | Simple Hot Coffee Recipes | Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha at Home

Be it summers or winters, I love to begin my day with coffee. I can’t really imagine a single day without it. I have been missing the pleasure of sitting in cafes and enjoying my coffee and I know you are too! So today, we're making 3 Cafe-Style Hot Coffees which are super simple to make at home.

Ingredients:
Cafe Mocha
3 tbsp (45ml) hot water
1 tbsp (5gm) coffee powder
1 tbsp (7gm) cocoa powder
2 tsp (10gm) sugar
1 cup (250ml) milk
Extra milk to froth

Cappuccino
2 tbsp (10gm) coffee powder
2 tbsp (25gm) sugar
3 tbsp (45ml) water
1 cup (250ml) milk
Milk Froth

Cafe Latte
¼ cup (55gm) sugar
¼ cup (14gm) coffee powder
¼ cup (60ml) water
¾ cup (63ml) milk
Milk Froth

Just a quick tip: Don't ever boil instant coffee powder. It leads to over-extraction and bad for the delicate flavor compounds that give it richness!

Ok.. So I tried the cafe Mocha for my hubby. It turned out awesome. Only one tiny thing... The caffeine was a bit too strong for his taste.... But I guess that's how cafe Mocha's gotta be... Thankyou Shivesh!!!!
