If you are in central Florida, and can not get out, pack a back pack with food and water and head to the nearest cement highrise, go to the second floor hallways and bunker down in the hallways, being mindful to be peaceful and not disturb any tenants.. the idea is to SAVE YOUR LIFE.. second floor in the hallway, away from any windows.. you should be safe.. up high enough to not get flooded out and low enough to not be too high in a high rise.. and away from all windows.. and by all means, Pray to the Almighty God.. and I will pray for you!!
