Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins
Runes by Ednah Walters
Lola and the Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins
Isla and the Happily Ever after by Stephanie Perkins
And I Darken by Kiersten White

My favorite July read was definitely Genius: The Game by Leopoldo Gout. It's about a competition between 200 child geniuses and a technological revolution. It follows three online friends each from a different part of the world that compete in this contest. I would absolutely recommend it, but you'll probably have to Google a bunch of stuff as you read because it's really smart and complicated. I even think so and my standardized test scores tell me that I'm in the top percent of kids my age in the country!

This month has been such a great reading month, really need to film a wrap up! I cannot wait to get This Savage Song in my hands! I like the fact that you build up the hype and then go "I don't want to hype.."

I've had a ton of reading time this summer, so I read 21 books in July! My favorite was Night Film and my least favorite was Nil.

I love how the avengers comic cover alludes to the Battle Royale movie! I'd recommend it. I stayed away from the Hunger Games for the longest time because of it's similar plot to BR. But in the end both are different enough to enjoy seperately.

I was so excited for This Savage Song I ordered it from the UK because it came out a few weeks earlier there then here, and I ended up getting the US edition anyway because I fell in love with the cover

Two of my favourite books this month:
The curious incident of a dog in the night-time (I've seen the play as well and it was fantastic!) by Mark Haddon,
Sputnik's guide to life on Earth by Frank Cottrell Boyce.
Book that was a disappointment is The Uncommoners by Jennifer Bell

After reading way to much Sarah J Maas, I am in a feelings slump and am laughing and crying at the same time. Gah. When you love and hate and author at the same time.
