It sounds like Vincent may have suffered from Panic Disorder or severe anxiety disorder. I suffer from the same thing and was going to the ER so often, thinking and feeling as if I was dying, being sick from nervousness, until I was finally diagnosed and prescribed medication for it and thankfully haven’t had a panic or anxiety attack since. I had all the same symptoms as Vincent, becoming sick when severely stressed or anxious, especially in social situations or socially demanding circumstances. II hope he’s not still suffering.

You always have to put yourself in the place of what a customer expects. Any hotelier should visit establishments that are successful and study what makes them successful. It's not that difficult. Also, theme hotels are rarely successful.

This was a lovely episode for a lovely couple. Ruth funding the restaurant and the financial advisor was beyond kind. Getting them into the basement instead of the room was fantastic. This one pulled at my heart strings and obviously hers. Not at all a quick fix, and possibly an investment by her that will see a financial return. However I doubt she wants one. I think she finally found a couple that want to change and are deserving and she chose to make sure they'd be okay. For that alone this is my favorite episode. This couple doesn't want to be rich. They just want to live, provide accomodations, and be a contributing part of the community. That alobe is a wonderful thing.🫶🏼

I remember seeing this back in the day when we use to watch TV “where did those years go” An felt for this couple they seemed kind and it was definitely one of the worst hotels on the show.Imagine Alex Polizi in there !!
