OMG, everything looks so dingey and gross. I can't believe they had no idea the cameras were coming. I spent almost a year in my local county jail, and it's kinda large, and the doors, windows, and floors didn't radiate filth like this.

I worked in intake when I worked for DKSO, I see that the kitchen has new ovens, when you worked 599. You had to supervised inmate workers and maintain the flow of food carts to the floor. The best agency in the metro Atlanta area.

how funny. they make everything look and seem so nice, they don’t give two shits about you there. I personally know someone who was in there. They said a female girl was booked in, she had a 6 month old at home who was breast feeding, her breast were filled completely and she was in terrible pain. Begged for a breast pump, or to go to medical. Nobody would help so other inmates got rags and water from what they brought their lunch in, and began trying to help her release some of the milk. She was going into shock, shaking in her cell. One of the female guards stuck her breast out and said “my boobs hurt too” Inmates raised enough hell and finally they came and got her to medical. They said she never returned. also begged for water, JUST WATER, one day for hours. Inmates did not receive water until 5pm and when they did, it had a green tint to it. No I don’t believe jail should be a great experience, but to withhold someone from basic human needs like this is ridiculous.
