i don't know if anyone will ever answer this but..
My phone got something wrong while it was in my pocket.. the touch screen stopped to work, all the options are fine, and weren't messed up, if i keep restarting it, sometimes it work for a few sec, than some kind of icon appear as if an app is opened and it stop to work again, same in safe mode, and same after factory reset.
Samgung A72 in case anyone ever had a similar problem
