I really enjoyed this video except at 3:10, where you said divers use diaphragm compressors to fill their cylinders.
No no no no no no no!
We use multi-stage high pressure compressors - 200 - 300 bar / 3000 - 4500 psi in our air tanks.
That's a bit much to demand of a diaphragm pump. they are happier at 125 psi - 9 bar.

But how do we convert to stirling engine

It is better to insert cooler stage between compressor unit and pressure tank. Cooler stage allows moisture condensation in compressed air so we'll get dry air. Dry air will provide better result in spray-paint and cleaning.
