gtts per minute with a 60 set is the same as mls per hour.
Typically most people have IV pumps nowadays, but it's still good to know the gtts per minute... equal in this case

To get 1 drop/4 seconds you divided 15 drops/min by 60?

Hi. How did you get 1 drop every 4 seconds? When I did the conversion(1 minute equals 60 seconds), I got 0.25.
