Heparin drip calculation bolus practice problems for nursing students and medical students using dimensional analysis: Dosage and calculations can be a challenging area for many nursing students and new nurses, but there are ways to make dosage and calculations incredibly easy.

In this video, I work three sample heparin drip calculation problems (weight based, units/hr, units/kg/hr, etc.). Note: always follow your nursing school or health care facility's protocol, because some round differently, which can lead to slightly different answers.
