1. Using your phone while talking to sigma females.
Nothing annoys sigma females like talking to someone whose complete attention is focused on their phone. Checking every message that comes in, replying and smiling to messages. Cutting off them at willing to respond to text and making them repeat themselves over and over. Sigma females hate when people begin a sentence with “you were saying” this is a clear indication that you were not paying attention. This attitude always infuriates sigma females. Instead of trying to talk to do both at once, they prefer you take a few minutes and deal with the distraction and then give them you full attention. Using your phone while talking to someone say much about you than you think. It tells the other person that you value them less, their time is not important, their presence and what they have to say is insignificant.

So true.. I give all my attention while talking to a person and expect the same in return. If I feel the other person does not reciprocate, next time, they are just getting a "hello" and moving on! I laughed from the item gets annoyed when someone takes too long to explain a simple fact or something I already know/understand. HAHA Soo true. Happened all the time at school when other students would ask the teacher to explain again.. I have to resist the temptation to cut them off, trying to stay polite.. Great list anyways

Everything is true except when asked by other about their past, it is Not dislike/hate, it is WE/I know that Almost NONE are TRUly interest in anyone else esp a sigma Females Past, present or future. WE/I have no problem to tell it ALL, point is there is no POINT and when we do tell, one will NOT be able to HANDEL it, eg, a simple, "How have you been?"
